Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 2,530,325 and represented 111.84% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (271.21K), followed by Linn (147.10K), and Scott (108.10K).

In terms of percentages, Ringgold had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.48%), followed by Benton (98.94%), and Delaware (98.83%).
