Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Louisiana was 2,530,325 and represented 75.39% of the total Louisiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (195.76K), followed by East Baton Rouge (169.00K), and St. Tammany (144.20K).

In terms of percentages, Cameron had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (95.78%), followed by Livingston (91.85%), and LaSalle (85.11%).
