Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,530,325 and represented 65.13% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (680.72K), followed by Ramsey (283.71K), and Dakota (251.44K).

In terms of percentages, Fillmore had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.67%), followed by Lincoln (98.46%), and Pope (98.32%).
