Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 2,530,325 and represented 19.01% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Suffolk had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (825.95K), followed by Nassau (678.15K), and Kings (637.79K).

In terms of percentages, Hamilton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.73%), followed by Lewis (97.64%), and Herkimer (96.94%).
