Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Dakota was 2,530,325 and represented 415.57% of the total South Dakota citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Dakota counties, Minnehaha had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (114.76K), followed by Pennington (65.71K), and Lincoln (31.44K).

In terms of percentages, Hand had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.08%), followed by Sanborn (98.92%), and Deuel (98.78%).
