Among all Louisiana counties, East Baton Rouge had the highest citizen population (429.76K), followed by Jefferson (406.50K), and Orleans (355.76K).

In terms of percentages, Bienville had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (100.00%), followed by East Feliciana (99.95%), and Franklin (99.90%).
