Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Florida was 1,259,335 and represented 7.18% of the total Florida citizen population.

Among all Florida counties, Broward had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (407.31K), followed by Miami-Dade (388.99K), and Duval (251.51K).

In terms of percentages, Gadsden had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (56.73%), followed by Madison (39.13%), and Jefferson (36.59%).
