Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Arkansas citizen voting-age population was 2.15M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.71M) and constituted 79.55% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (322.21K) and constituted 14.97% of the total.
