Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Louisiana was 925,430 and represented 27.34% of the total Louisiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Louisiana counties, Orleans had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (163.29K), followed by East Baton Rouge (142.34K), and Caddo (86.59K).

In terms of percentages, East Carroll had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (67.85%), followed by Madison (58.58%), and Orleans (58.35%).
