Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Utah was 925,430 and represented 50.54% of the total Utah citizen voting-age population.

Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (8.07K), followed by Davis (2.12K), and Weber (1.94K).
