Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 2,537,295 and represented 10.63% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (2.19M), followed by San Diego (1.22M), and Orange (1.07M).

In terms of percentages, Sierra had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (92.50%), followed by Nevada (90.51%), and Plumas (88.56%).
