The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (645.70K) and constituted 53.26% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (430.07K) and constituted 35.47% of the total.
