The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (169.08K) and constituted 42.06% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (91.68K) and constituted 22.80% of the total.
