Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Michigan citizen voting-age population was 7.38M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (5.90M) and constituted 79.93% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (998.93K) and constituted 13.54% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the third highest (221.14K), constituting 3.00% of the total citizen voting-age population.
