Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,542,045 and represented 64.34% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (691.51K), followed by Ramsey (283.57K), and Dakota (255.01K).

In terms of percentages, Big Stone had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.52%), followed by Fillmore (98.51%), and Pope (98.14%).
