Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Idaho was 131,865 and represented 8.38% of the total Idaho citizen population.

Among all Idaho counties, Canyon had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (40.60K), followed by Ada (28.12K), and Bonneville (10.70K).
