Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population was 9.73M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (8.01M) and constituted 82.38% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (968.74K) and constituted 9.96% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the third highest (440.77K), constituting 4.53% of the total citizen voting-age population.
