Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Washington was 62,380 and represented 1.25% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (74.53K), followed by Yakima (40.15K), and Pierce (36.91K).

In terms of percentages, Adams had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (37.00%), followed by Franklin (30.52%), and Yakima (28.26%).
