Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 26,850 and represented 1.17% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen voting-age population (8.03K), followed by Johnson (2.44K), and Linn (2.04K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Asian Alone (4.42%), followed by Polk (2.49%), and Johnson (2.34%).
