Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 945,515 and represented 24.72% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (44.19K), followed by Arapahoe (39.69K), and El Paso (27.43K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.58%), followed by Bent (10.13%), and Denver (9.56%).
