Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Georgia was 945,515 and represented 13.39% of the total Georgia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Georgia counties, Fulton had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (317.29K), followed by DeKalb (277.63K), and Gwinnett (141.64K).

In terms of percentages, Clayton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (73.04%), followed by Hancock (71.65%), and Dougherty (66.38%).
