Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Idaho was 945,515 and represented 82.30% of the total Idaho citizen voting-age population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (2.52K), followed by Canyon (525), and Elmore (465).
