Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 945,515 and represented 45.86% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (30.46K), followed by Wyandotte (27.00K), and Johnson (16.37K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (27.58%), followed by Geary (17.76%), and Leavenworth (9.33%).
