Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Maryland was 945,515 and represented 22.45% of the total Maryland citizen voting-age population.

Among all Maryland counties, Prince George's had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (413.19K), followed by Baltimore city (289.74K), and Baltimore (156.77K).

In terms of percentages, Prince George's had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (70.08%), followed by Baltimore city (62.69%), and Somerset (42.88%).
