Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 945,515 and represented 32.48% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (27.72K), followed by Washington (6.87K), and Lane (2.77K).

In terms of percentages, Multnomah had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (4.86%), followed by Washington (1.82%), and Malheur (1.64%).
