Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Wyoming was 945,515 and represented 218.68% of the total Wyoming citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wyoming counties, Laramie had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (1.94K), followed by Natrona (745), and Albany (305).
