Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 2,546,550 and represented 91.35% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (352.68K), followed by Tulsa (317.41K), and Cleveland (159.39K).

In terms of percentages, Harper had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (92.58%), followed by Major (91.77%), and Ellis (91.57%).
