Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,546,550 and represented 87.47% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (454.51K), followed by Washington (299.92K), and Clackamas (259.61K).

In terms of percentages, Wallowa had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (95.14%), followed by Wheeler (94.17%), and Baker (93.91%).
