Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen population for Idaho was 40,295 and represented 2.52% of the total Idaho citizen population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen population (7.56K), followed by Canyon (1.33K), and Kootenai (915).
