The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (47.82K) and constituted 49.59% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (42.20K) and constituted 43.76% of the total.
