The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (177.20K) and constituted 40.77% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (98.89K) and constituted 22.75% of the total.
