Among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (25.51K), followed by Orleans (11.37K), and East Baton Rouge (7.18K).

In terms of percentages, Vernon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.49%), followed by Jefferson (8.18%), and St. Bernard (7.07%).
