Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 66,010 and represented 2.24% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (35.81K), followed by Washington (33.33K), and Marion (29.73K).
