Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 952,790 and represented 24.47% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (44.35K), followed by Arapahoe (40.64K), and El Paso (28.30K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (11.72%), followed by Arapahoe (9.52%), and Denver (9.32%).
