Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 952,790 and represented 22.01% of the total Wisconsin citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (169.68K), followed by Dane (16.34K), and Racine (14.93K).

In terms of percentages, Milwaukee had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.96%), followed by Racine (10.35%), and Kenosha (6.34%).
