Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,544,540 and represented 63.44% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (700.45K), followed by Ramsey (282.89K), and Dakota (257.15K).

In terms of percentages, Big Stone had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.74%), followed by Pope (98.30%), and Fillmore (98.11%).
