Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 2,544,540 and represented 18.52% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Suffolk had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (821.80K), followed by Nassau (665.52K), and Kings (662.47K).

In terms of percentages, Lewis had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.25%), followed by Schuyler (96.63%), and Yates (96.56%).
