The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.52M) and constituted 83.91% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (213.43K) and constituted 7.11% of the total.
