Among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (24.85K), followed by Orleans (11.42K), and St. Tammany (7.24K).

In terms of percentages, Vernon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.53%), followed by Jefferson (8.01%), and St. Bernard (7.25%).
