Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 960,075 and represented 181.02% of the total Alaska citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (10.81K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (3.37K), and Matanuska-Susitna (760).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians West had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.70%), followed by Anchorage (5.08%), and Fairbanks North Star (4.59%).
