Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 960,075 and represented 24.13% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (44.69K), followed by Arapahoe (42.54K), and El Paso (30.15K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (12.38%), followed by Arapahoe (9.77%), and Denver (9.11%).
