Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Maine was 960,075 and represented 90.61% of the total Maine citizen voting-age population.

Among all Maine counties, Cumberland had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (2.77K), followed by York (935), and Penobscot (885).
