Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 960,075 and represented 22.08% of the total Wisconsin citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (170.09K), followed by Dane (16.93K), and Racine (15.11K).

In terms of percentages, Milwaukee had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (25.11%), followed by Racine (10.43%), and Kenosha (6.34%).
