Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 2,548,850 and represented 63.13% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (703.69K), followed by Ramsey (282.46K), and Dakota (257.67K).

In terms of percentages, Big Stone had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.73%), followed by Fillmore (98.01%), and Pope (97.85%).
