Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Dakota was 2,548,850 and represented 401.14% of the total South Dakota citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Dakota counties, Minnehaha had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (119.76K), followed by Pennington (70.58K), and Lincoln (36.96K).

In terms of percentages, Hanson had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.57%), followed by Campbell (99.56%), and Hand (98.46%).
