Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Louisiana was 72,020 and represented 2.08% of the total Louisiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (24.58K), followed by Orleans (11.74K), and St. Tammany (7.26K).

In terms of percentages, Vernon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.45%), followed by Jefferson (7.93%), and St. Bernard (7.53%).
