Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 72,020 and represented 2.36% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (41.60K), followed by Washington (39.64K), and Marion (33.17K).
