Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for South Dakota was 72,020 and represented 11.26% of the total South Dakota citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Dakota counties, Minnehaha had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (3.63K), followed by Pennington (2.77K), and Meade (805).
