Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Wisconsin was 72,020 and represented 1.65% of the total Wisconsin citizen voting-age population.

Among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (64.55K), followed by Dane (13.80K), and Racine (12.81K).
