Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 967,605 and represented 182.23% of the total Alaska citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (10.80K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (3.43K), and Matanuska-Susitna (875).

In terms of percentages, Anchorage had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.12%), followed by Aleutians West (4.73%), and Fairbanks North Star (4.69%).
